 The Apartment

Quarry tiled steps lead to the front door of the apartment, located on the
top floor of a 3 storey building. Outside the front door is a tiled balcony area
looking out over gardens, a pool and palm trees

Living Area

The front door opens into a generous living area, with good size dining table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table and sideboard.  In addition to the ceiling lights, there is a standard lamp and table lamp. The apartment is light and airy, so air conditioning is not normally required.  However, a “state of the art” air conditioning unit is available if needed.

Terrace

A wooden glazed door opens to a spacious and very attractive terracotta tiled balcony with wooden pergola above and decorative brick patterned lattice walls. There is plenty of space for the table with umbrella and 4 chairs – and more if needed. The view from the terrace is a panorama of sky and hills, which has the full benefit of the afternoon and evening sun. The only building in sight is a distant villa and a hillside village, with lights twinkling as darkness descends.

Bedroom One with En Suite Bathroom

This room has twin beds, bedside cabinet, large 3 door wardrobe and chest of drawers.  From double windows with shutters, the room enjoys the same view as the terrace. The bathroom is en suite, with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin with shaving point.  The central light has a ceiling fan, which operates independently at 3 different speeds. There is also a bedside table lamp.

Bedroom Two with Separate Bathroom

This is also a twin bedded room, with all the amenities of bedroom one, except that the bathroom is located immediately adjacent and has a built in shower cubicle instead of bath. The bedroom looks out over the gardens with palm and olive trees and swimming pool.

Kitchen

A separate kitchen opens from the living area. It is well equipped including toaster, microwave and washing machine.

Extras

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Underground parking area and Lock Up

In addition to convenient parking immediately outside the apartment, there is a large underground parking area and a lock up room for each apartment, for storage of golf clubs etc., if required.

Gardens & Swimming Pools

The gardens are colourful and beautifully maintained.

You can see your nearest swimming pool - just yards from the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment !  There are 2 other swimming pools within a very short walk through the gardens, including a shallow pool for small children

 Other Facilities on the Valle del Este Resort

Hotel & Spa

The hotel on the site has a restaurant and a large terrace overlooking the golf course and pool, where you can have lunch, drinks or snacks. Click on SPA TREATMENTS to see how you can pamper yourself !

In addition to the hotel restaurants, there is a separate precinct with another restaurant and a more casual café A shop on the precinct provides all basic supermarket needs and Internet access is available on the precinct

Golf course

The Pro Shop and Golf Club are located at the back of the hotel, where all information about the golf course can be obtained. The unique PGA Championship 18 hole course has been carefully designed by Jose Canales to integrate into the surrounding landscape. The round of golf is challenging and impressive. The tees are small platforms encircled by volcanic rock. Valle del Este is rated one of the best courses in southern Spain and with the top 30 in all Spain. Two other courses - Desert Springs and Marina Golf are both within 15 minutes drive.

Valle de Este Golf Society

This is "a serious, fun loving local golf society". Competitions are held on certain days of the week. You can become a life member for 20 Euros and enjoy the discounts that come with membership. If you are interested, details are in the apartment, telling you how to contact a member of the club.

The Beach Club

The Valle del Este Club del Playa is a stylish beach club, constructed as an extension of the Valle del Este resort, located on a part of the expansive beaches, only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. You can enjoy a meal, or just a drink, on the cool, attractive terraces overlooking the beach and use the pool with its changing facilities. Facilities include a childrens play area.
