Suitable for all and the perfect group activity, a guided trip on the high tide from Golant is stunning with the leaping mullet, egrets, heron and buzzards for company. For those who want to see the whole river a full or 1/2 day trip might run from Lostwithiel to Fowey. This will take you through the full panorama of scenery and Cornish wildlife only accessible to those on the water with options to walk and/or stop for refreshments en route.
