You are here: Home > Cycling > Cycle Hire Cycle Hire OnlySometimes the fun is in just following a back lane to see where it goes ... so if you want a fully independent pedal then we can provide you with a full cycle hire only service. With your serviced bikes delivered to and collected from your accommodation all you need to do is jump into the saddle and go. As with all our cycle trips you get the use of our own detailed route plans as a guide, an OS map of the area for some real exploring and any helmets, backpacks and locks you need for your journeying. As a starter we can provide route plans for the following suggested circular trips which cover many of the most beautiful sections and main attractions of the immediate area all on traffic free trails and traffic light backlanes.        If you want to go further afield then call us and let us know your plans you can always mix a few days hire with one of our one day trips. 
Some Suggested Circular RoutesEden Project Circular Trips: Between 20 and 25 MilesThere are a whole host of options for visiting Eden Project and NOT returning back home by the same trail. Remember arriving by bike gives you your eco reward £3.00 discount and fast track entry to the project! The following two examples are the longest and shortest routes we recommend but armed with your map the choice is yours. Ultimate Circle Eden Route: 23 MilesTakes you through every type of scenery the area has on offer. Past Restormel Castle and the upper Fowey River onto national cycle route 3 around the moor at Helmens Tor. Off road Clay Trails to Eden and a return via the beach at Par Sands and the lower Fowey River at Millpool. Short hop Eden: 20 MilesOutbound via Restormel Castle and returning across Redmoor and Llanlivery to Lostwithiel / Lerryn. Fowey River Circle: 17 MilesThe full estuary adventure down one side to the coast and back the other. With the chance to visit creekside villages, the beaches and beauty of Fowey and a Ferry crossing over the estuary mouth for your return leg. South Coast Explorer: Between 30 and 35 MilesFor those wanting to pedal some major miles, back lane routes down the West Looe River Valley to Looe before following the coast with its hidden beaches and coves back to Fowey before following the estuary trails home. Lerryn and Lostwithiel Loops: Between 9 and 14 MilesSmaller distance loops on back lanes giving you the chance to pedal into Lerryn and Lostwithiel. Plenty of options on routes depending on your energy levels.
Hire Only Prices with Delivery / Collection
Prices are for front suspension Mountain Bikes. We also have a small stock of child bikes and tag-a-longs for hire. Minimum hire of 3 days. Anyone hiring from us will receive maps, helmets, locks and a basic tool kit. We can also help you with planning your routes including, if you give us notice, OS route maps from our computerised mapping system. Prices include Delivery and Collection in the Lerryn & Lostwithiel areas. For accommodation further away (eg Fowey and Looe) add £5 per bike to cover delivery and collection from your accommodation. Please reserve as far in advance as you can. During high season bikes are often all out on our one day cycle trips and cycling short breaks with very little left for hire. If we can't help we will advise on an alternative location you can hire bikes from.
