Cycling Short Breaks

2 / 3 days

A classic trip across Cornwall using the best sections of the Cornish Way. This is our first and still our favourite Coast to Coast route, giving you the chance to visit the beautiful but very different harbours of Padstow and Mevagissey whilst linking them with the area's best traffic-free cycle trails and the chance to pedal into the Eden Project or Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Call us for more information about the trails and the attractions en route but if you want an adventure with as little traffic as possible ... then this is the one for you with over 25 miles on traffic free trails ... enjoy.

Cycling Trips

Day 1: Padstow and the Camel Trail to Lostwithiel : 19 Miles Easy/Moderate

Collected from your accommodation and delivered with your bikes to the pretty fishing harbour at Padstow with time to explore before you start your ride on the traffic free Camel Trail, a stunning 12 mile ride following the Camel Estuary inland towards Bodmin Moor.

After visiting and then crossing of Bodmin, continue via the stately home at Lanhydrock Estate on a new off-road trail into quiet back lanes through the upper Fowey valley.

End the day cycling with a glorious 1 mile downhill freewheel to your accommodation in Lostwithiel.
